At first I checked in for a brake job and ini price was a bit more than I thought. After a few conversations he offered me a discount program they have. The good thing is they listen to customers and are willing to work with me. After all, I end up with another problem that has nothing to do with brake work. Thankfully I was under cover by my extended warranty program and worry free. Juan was able to respond to my request quickly and courteous via text. overall great customer service and reasonable price. I Highly recommend it . More

I’ve been told that dealers will offer you an Uber ride or a courtesy car if you drop off your car for maintenance. I’ve been to this dealership a few times and not ONCE have I’ve been offered that. This last time I was told my car would be washed and it was not. When I asked if it was washed, I was told yes. When I pointed out the same spots on the front and back windows, I was told that I would have to wait to get it washed or I could come back to get it washed. That was absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention that I would have to wait 3-4 hours for an oil change. And that was with an appointment. Service was disappointing. More

greeted quickly on arrival, Had an appointment with Ian Sampson, he was very thorough and courteous. He notified me that he was going to lunch, but someone else would inform me when my car was ready. The person who came to inform me/deliver my car to me was very abrupt and in a hurry to get rid of me. He gave me my papers and told me to give them to one of the guys outside. I did as instructed and waited for quite a while. I came back in and told him of my wait time, he looked up and told me that my car was on the side along. I had not been instructed of this by him previously. His attitude was not acceptable. If he had been my service writer that would have been my last visit to your facility. I am thankful that Ian was my service writer. More
