I had an appointment scheduled to take my BMW in because I heard something lose coming from the front end. I told them it was hard to detect because it didn't happen all the time. I took my car in on a Tu I heard something lose coming from the front end. I told them it was hard to detect because it didn't happen all the time. I took my car in on a Tuesday and I didn't get it back until that Friday. I was given a loaner on Wednesday which was mince but not as nice as my care. When I got my car back I still heard the raddle but I didn't want to go through the hassle of taking it back to the dealer. I know this dealership cares about their customer and give good service but I'll just live with the raddle until my next service appointment. More

at the initial service I wasn't happy since the original problem wasn't fixed. Second time I dropped my car they found the situation and fixed it.
