Arrived at 8:58 AM for my 9 AM appointment. Was greeted within minutes with a cone for the roof, but waited another 20 min for my service advisor to come out. They offered recommended but unrequired add-ons that my previously purchased extended warranty did not cover, so I politely declined. The car came back serviced and washed immaculately within stated times. Waiting experience inside was pleasant, very clean without a blaring TV screen. I will be back as it was overall a quite positive experience. More
