BMW of Buena Park - Service Center

Horrible service department service advisor Linda was not professional. Car was worst than when it was taken in for repairs. called headquarters and management in buena park and the best we got was we can wa professional. They broke the Pump, 4 brake light warning light are now on. We took it in to fix the brakes and fix the passenger door they did 50% of the work. The brakes were not fixed and now we have abs, 4x4, parking brake lights and traction light is on besides being charged $1300.00 when the quote was $1039.00 I had to speak to her and the $1300.00 went back down to 1039.00 a total Rip Off. The sad part we paid and then got the keys. More

Disappointed In the service that was provided on my bmw 2015 5 series at Buena Park. I got home and it indicated to me my car is low on washer fluid as if some one forgot to fill it up. I was the first per 2015 5 series at Buena Park. I got home and it indicated to me my car is low on washer fluid as if some one forgot to fill it up. I was the first person to take my car and was the last to pick it. I just don’t think that’s fair after spending 1,200$ very unpleasant first time experience. More
