BMW of Carlsbad is quite a gorgeous new facility. But you get the same great service as we did in Vista. Now that Vista, Encinitas, and Carlsbad have combined service and dealerships, the number of cars on a Saturday waiting to be serviced was approximately 15 cars before 08:30! The new facility is absolutely fabulous, but we have been instructed that if you bring your vehicle in after 12:30, you will NOT receive your car until next day. Hoping there is movement with changing this...it is completely unrealistic to leave a car overnight for just an oil change More
