I went in for a Alignment. Dropped my car off at 8:30 in the morning. I called at 4 and found out my car was not touched and the Service person who told me it would be done by Dropped my car off at 8:30 in the morning. I drove to carlsbad at 5:00 and he said it should be done by 5:30 sat until 6:00 and I was the only one in the waiting room. He did not apolgize for not returning my call or why the car took 9 hours to do a 45 min job at the most. Avoid the new service center and if you have to go aviod Keith. More
