Good morning, I really had a bad experience at your service department. I understand that my vehicle is not a BMW and doesn't get top attention, but I did buy an Auto Nation vehicle and warranty. Thi service department. I understand that my vehicle is not a BMW and doesn't get top attention, but I did buy an Auto Nation vehicle and warranty. This is the closest dealership that I could get my oil change done at. I had an appointment at 8:15am on Saturday and it took until 2:30pm to complete (6+ hours waiting for an oil change 1 hour from my house). The customer service was ridiculous. My Consultant, Manuel Cosio, would rather watch his videos at his desk drinking Coke and eating chips. He ignored us sitting right in front of him and really didn't care that we were there. Everyone else in the service department were on their phones joking around with each other and riding on skateboards. There needed to be a supervisor or manager. This dealership was not professional and I won't go back. More

I paid a very large sum for an oil change and some basic maintenance ($950). I was 7,000 less miles than required, but because I was at the ONE year mark this service was needed they said. I have always gone on mileage for need of maintenance. Obviously BMW doesn't think that way. The service took 6 hours for this basic stuff, and I had to call to find out the status. I doubt I will go back. More
