I brought my car in for service because I had an oil leak and it was running rough. They did $2,200 worth of work and when I got it back it was still running rough within a week and still had an oil leak. and it was running rough. The service at BMW of Carlsbad was great. When I got there I was greeted by the BMW staff and was given direction to where I needed to go to see my Service Advisor, Omar Medina. Omar then assisted me and told me all the details that needed to be done. He even gave me a rental vehicle which was nice. Upon receiving a phone call after the inspection was made by the mechanic, he was able to give me options as to what I should do. I felt very comfortable after he gave me the options. He wasn't "pushy" about what I should do which is what I like because it gives me the chance to think clearly of how I want to proceed. Omar should be recognized for his hard work and dedication to his customers by the Autonation company. He should even be promoted to higher level because he really does exceed expectations. Overall, I will highly recommend him to friends and family who need service. More
