Then a service light came on and life circumstances forced me to return. Boy what a blessing that turned out to be! I ended up working with Chris from the service department. I can honestly say that he is by far the best customer service rep I have ever worked with, not just at this dealership, literally anywhere. He alone is the reason my rating went from a score so low it wasn’t even offered on your rating scale to what it is now. Your entire dealership could learn a lot about outstanding customer service from this man. More

The outside “waiting area “ for service customers was furnished with old furniture and the cushions were torn and dirty. The inside service area leaves much to be desired from an upscale brand… a small, furnished with old furniture and the cushions were torn and dirty. This way nothing like any BMW dealership I had ever been to. There was no specific breakdown of labor charges. We had ti ansk for theses. And my car was returned to me with greasy dirty seats. We needed tho send it back to be cleaned. Also, it was not washed. More
