I did not receive an update on my car for almost 2 days after dropping it off for service for electrical/radio problems. I was told I would hear back before closing at 7pm, or first thing next morning, at after dropping it off for service for electrical/radio problems. Wish we could have just texted and could get up-to-date feedback. Checking out and picking up my car after service was fast and efficient. More

This place is awesome! The people were friendly, my service advisor was very informative and communicative. We were chasing an issue that other locations were not able to diagnose but after a few visit service advisor was very informative and communicative. Keith and his team were, as usual, excellent to deal with. Keith was friendly, professional and clearly explained the work that needed to be done. He also arranged for a last-minute service loaner. The work was done quickly and I had the X3 back the next day. My only complaints are that someone had REALLY dirty feet and the driver's side floor mat was covered in black, dirty footprints. Some Folex cleaned it up, but I shouldn't have to do that. Also, the 'car wash' is never really complete and I had to clean some missed brake dust spots off the wheels. Keith is an outstanding service writer and I always feel comfortable entrusting our cars to him. More
