The service center is quite dated, needs a remodel. Furiture and waiting area are less than ideal. It seems quite hectic to check in - they need to look at the Lexus service center model - night and Furiture and waiting area are less than ideal. Still waiting for an update on the part they need, I need to have a follow up to complete my service, I had to initiate the call to get a status - still waiting. Does not even come close to the service I would expect for a high end car dealership. More

the cost of repairs.
