"Highway robbery" is one phrase that describes my experience with Harloff. Checked in my car with the "Service Engine" light on and excessive vibration. 4 days later paid $1,300 and sat in the c my experience with Harloff. They fixed it with replacing a $70 part in 30 minutes, but charged me $1300. Terrible service and extremely crock service representatives. More
