BMW Encinitas - Service Center

Previously I wanted to sell my BMW due to the lack of luster service I received at BMW Vista. I have been going to the Vista BMW for two years(Now Carlsbad BMW-Consolidated), and this has been the first luster service I received at BMW Vista. Jorge is the guy you want to connect with and is extremely professional, and follows up with you as a client. He tries his best to be the best representative of the BMW brand. KEITH IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS EXCELLENT. HE HAS ALWAYS KEPT ME WELL INFORMED. THE MECHANIC WORKING ON MY CAR, AS WELL, SENT ME AN E-MAIL WITH A VIDEO AND UPDATES AS TO WHAT PROCEDURES NEED HE HAS ALWAYS KEPT ME WELL INFORMED. I am not even sure they should call it a "service center"; much more a poor repair shop. Service implies some degree of service and there was none. From my first call to setup an appointment, all the way until I picked up the car, I had to work way too hard to get the service completed. Unresponsive, non-communicative and it cost me far more time and stress than a customer should expect to endure. More
