Every time I get work done here I regret it! I get up-sold on everything I don’t need. I have a 2015 X5 with a 144,000 that I specifically told the rep I will most likely get rid of and upgrade in th up-sold on everything I don’t need. I have a 2015 X5 with a 144,000 that I specifically told the rep I will most likely get rid of and upgrade in the near future. My inspection of the vehicle came back with $5k worth of work. Is the car even worth much more than that? This is “service” not sales guys!! While the customer service is great and video inspection impressive, I loath having to take my car here. Please stop selling me and just service my vehicle. Thanks! More
