Paid extra for 3 additional warranty packages, took my car in for service and it took all day for my Service advisor to call and tell me the parts are not covered. I have the appearance package, ultimate car in for service and it took all day for my Service advisor to call and tell me the parts are not covered. I have the appearance package, ultimate car care and dent protection, but my rim is not covered??? I went and picked up my car with no one contacting me to try and assist. Within the intake area, there was a lot of foul language and joking around, while a customer was just "standing around..." Draw your own conclusion - They're better than that. More
