I went to BMW Delray a couple of days ago to service my car with Andi. He was very knowledgeable of the products, services and pleasant to work with overall. Oil change took only 1.5 hours vs. at another d car with Andi. He was very knowledgeable of the products, services and pleasant to work with overall. Oil change took only 1.5 hours vs. at another dealership I used to wait for 3-4 hours. Also they washed my car upon returning it to me and it was sparkling, they even moved my yoga mats to vacuum underneath. Makes me want to go back again. Excellent job! More

Keith Hauser, service advisor extraordinaire, and Carlitos, loaner vehicles, are both efficient, exemplify great customer service and are most professional. Keith is the only reason why i use Linton Carlitos, loaner vehicles, are both efficient, exemplify great customer service and are most professional. Keith is the only reason why i use Linton BMW. I fully trust him and that hasn’t been my experience with past vehicles. I would buy a vehicle at this location for that reason alone in the future. The reason why I had to service my vehicle was because of a sound we were hearing a sound on a Saturday. I alerted him and made mention we were heading out of town on Thursday. When he returned to work Monday, he had a cancelation, contacted me immediately and had a loaner. He calmly (as he’s always calm) explained the issue following a quick test drive. It was covered under my warranty and he delivered the car by Wednesday at noon. He’s always exceeding my expectations and communication is always fast. Sidebar: still disappointed to losing manager John from valet. He really cleaned that department up and kept the younger boys in line. It was a huge loss to see him gone. More
