Keith Hauser is an excellent service provider, I brought my car in for a problem that had not been properly addressed when I was in a month earlier. The issue was not fixed once again when I came back to g my car in for a problem that had not been properly addressed when I was in a month earlier. The issue was not fixed once again when I came back to get my car the second time, Keith addressed this right away with professionalism and understanding of the inconvenience this was causing me. He communicated with me throughout the third attempt for repair and once the service people said it was fixed he tried it himself multiple times before telling me my car was ready. He also followed up with me the day after I took the car home to make sure everything was working properly. I will continue to use Keith as my service advisor, he is an impressive individual. More

In my opinion, the service, attention, and respect I get from BMW of Delray Beach is 100x times better than Braman BMW of West Palm Beach. I have used both locations and my advice are, if you own a BMW vehi from BMW of Delray Beach is 100x times better than Braman BMW of West Palm Beach. I have used both locations and my advice are, if you own a BMW vehicle, you should use BMW of Delray Beach to service your vehicle. They are one of the best BMW representatives in the Palm Beach County area. Their price is fair and reasonable compared to Braman, and they don’t take days and days to fix and return your vehicle. They will respect you and your vehicle, and they won’t keep your vehicle for days and then return it to you with an added extra 200+ miles on your odometer. My point is if you live in the northern part of the Palm Beach area, you should use BMW of Delray Beach to service your vehicle. Stay away from Braman BMW. More
