This is the only BMW Dealership I have ever been to because I bought my car from here. My car was under warranty so it's the ONLY reason I would drive 1+ hours out of my way to go visit. They alway because I bought my car from here. My car was under warranty so it's the ONLY reason I would drive 1+ hours out of my way to go visit. They always put me with the same advisor each time (Nelson). I've never been happy with his service but since my car is under warranty it is what it is. This most recent visit last wk was probably the worst customer service from this advisor I've ever seen with the 7 cars I've own in my life. Rude, unhelpful & condescending were just the first 2 things I experienced from him in the first 10 mins of handing over the keys- again I've worked with THE SAME guy. On top of that, they were supposed to fix radio issue I had just 6 months again (again under warranty). It looke fixed as I got in my car to drive away but later on that night proved nothing had changed. AKA It didn't get fixed but I live far so can't just turn around to come back when they issue wasn't fixed for something that wasn't interfering with the car itself. Instead I called to make a note about it for next time I was in and Nelson said he wouldn't help me look into it without charging me a fee now. I informed him I shouldn't even be here with the same problem 6 months in IF it indeed got fixed. He said he would ask his manager. As I was leaving my service, asked what the manager said and he proceeded to tell me he still needs to ask but 'don't worry I didn't forget about you'. It's been over a week now with no further communication.... what are the chances you think he'll remember on top of all this? More

so steve was very nice BUT he said I was getting a diagnostic test on my car. I was charged 349,00 for this service. Car came back and I was told that they found nothing wrong with the car. this was diagnostic test on my car. I was charged 349,00 for this service. Car came back and I was told that they found nothing wrong with the car. this was 12/26. Turns out, they did a multi-point test which I later found on your website is complimentary. Ok a week later the car still was giving me problems. I brought It back and told steve that I am having the same problem. then we took a test drive with a mechanic. It took him no time to see there was a problem. I left the car. they called me later to tell me that there is at least $5,000 - $7,000 problem with the car. I took the car back. delray bmw will never see me again. More
Steven ws very helpful as this is my first time owning a BMW and he advised on what is included with the service, he was very fast and efficient answered all my questions any issues I had he made sure it wa BMW and he advised on what is included with the service, he was very fast and efficient answered all my questions any issues I had he made sure it was fixed and he pointed it out upon checkout that everything was fixed. I would only ever get a service appointment done with Steven because of his honesty integrity and transparency. In fact when I am ready to upgrade my BMW in a few years I will defiantly want to buy from him as well! More

This dealership is horrible. I left my BMW there to get serviced and they didn’t return it to me for more than 36 hours. I called the manager they didn’t know either old is the charge me 300+ dollars for something that I could’ve got a fix for 80 More
Service Department was excellent. They tried to get my tire to hold air with no success. Steve checked to make sure a tire was in stock.
