This was my 1st time at this dealership. Im a 35 year BMW owner but always used Colorado dealers. This time i brought my 650 Grand Coupe for service to this dealer. My customer service guy Nelson was great, he was attentive, polite but friendly enough. He did a gret job. The only problem was the shuttle service was rather slow, i had to wait especially when they came to pick me up. Other than that i was quiet happy w/ the customer service. Hopefully, the service to the vehicle will be as good. More

Reason for visit was periodic maintenance (oil change, etc). Was able to make an appointment for the next day. Car was ready same day as drop off. When I arrived unannounced to pick up the car two days later (I was unable to pickup the car the day it was ready) she was engaged with another customer, but quickly guided me to a colleague to complete the transaction. All-in-all, well done. Separate: While the service required was part of the purchase price and was performed at no cost to me, BMW no longer includes windshield wipers in the periodic maintenance schedule. I paid for the wiper replacement. For this reason, I downgraded 'Price." The 'Price' comment is a critique of BMW corporate, not BMW of Delray. More
