We showed up unexpectedly with a problem saying we had a malfunction. They supplied us with a loaner and by the next morning had taken part of the front off and found the issue and were able to communicate malfunction. i brought my car for engine overheating issue and after 10 days i picked it up, they deleted apple carplay, they deleted navigation, and i now have tire pressure monitor light on the dash.
