Dealership Tries, 2019 X5 is a total electronic disaster! The dealer has been attempting to resolve my rebooting issues for 9 months now with no success. Now I am told that the problem is with my Samsung S8+p The dealer has been attempting to resolve my rebooting issues for 9 months now with no success. Now I am told that the problem is with my Samsung S8+phone - even though that phone works fine with my wife's X1, my older 7 series, and several other newer non-bmw autos. I was advised to contact Verizon for a fix, which I did, but Verizon (of course) feels that there is nothing wrong with the phone and that the issue is with BMW's faulty electronics. The bottom line is that even though I have owned BMW's most of my driving life, I am totally disgusted with the reliability of my nearly $100,000 2019 X5. My issues are with the car itself, and not with Thompson per se. BMW's failure to fix the issues with the electronics in this vehicle is inexcusable! More

Unhappy I complained the driver's seat was moving/clicking slightly with stop and go and hard turn movements. Valet service was fine however, the service was I complained the driver's seat was moving/clicking slightly with stop and go and hard turn movements. Valet service was fine however, the service was not. The mechanic noted "I moved the seat all the way back and could not replicate the complaint". Well, he/she should have driven the vehicle and they would have felt it. They "retorqued" the seat bolts. Did they test drive the vehicle after that? They couldn't have because it is still moving/clicking -- enough to be very annoying. After all the trouble arranging for valet service, having 80 miles put on the he leased vehicle and incurring gas and tolls to get my vehicle to Doylestown, I now have to make an appointment with a local BMW dealer in the hopes they can rectify the problem. Should not be this difficult. More

We purchased a 2019 X5 and I’m happy with the car. Although, the car buying experience wasn’t the best. Norm is a typical car salesman that hid numbers to make a sale. He didn’t respect our budget and Although, the car buying experience wasn’t the best. Norm is a typical car salesman that hid numbers to make a sale. He didn’t respect our budget and showed us cars that didn’t fit our criteria- just to make a sale. Also, he never followed up after the car was purchased. When I first test drove the car, I noticed something off with the brakes, he said.. “that’s the way brakes sound.” Turns out 3 months later (after the car was purchased) I needed new brakes and rotors. We wish we had a better car buying experience, but love the vehicle. More

Everyone made the process very effortless. Came in for a broken door handle, which happen out of the blue, called, loan was ready - fixed four, changed oil, updated recall of backup camera software.
