Car returned unwashed, not vacuumed, very disappointed The 2 different gentlemen who picked up and dropped off my vehicle were friendly and professional. However, when I went out at the end of the day to The 2 different gentlemen who picked up and dropped off my vehicle were friendly and professional. However, when I went out at the end of the day to drive my vehicle home, I noted that the car had not been vacuumed, nor had it been washed. While the gentleman who picked up my car did indicate that the car wash was not working that day, my car was at Thompson for 3 days and certainly in that time the car could have been washed and vacuumed. One of the reasons I have leased my business cars from Thompson was the high attention to detail you have shown in the past. That is what makes this all the more disappointing. More
