Even over the phone, I could tell that she was not smiling. Maybe she was having a bad day, but have someone a bit more pleasant answering the phone. When it came to the day of the service, everything was fine. I was helped in a timely fashion. I got what I needed. There were no issues. Not to be nitpicking, but I get the same treatment as when I go into Toyota service. More
