One thing to improve upon is the end review with the finance manager. There were “add ons” that we’re not included in the negotiated price. I would describe this as last minute items like warranties and coverage that could be communicated up front. It may just be difference in execution between dealerships, but all the costs/packages were provided to us ahead of time in previous experiences. Overall I had a good experience. More
