Loving the new car! We found a great car online and I talked to Mike via email who got things ready for arrival to look at the car. Used car purchase I unfortunately totaled my car and found a newer version at this dealership, I was uneasy about purchasing a used car but timing was not great. I did not like how the negotiations went, it seemed like a game. And they tried to take away the warranty that they seemed to think was so great. I took my car to my mechanic the day after my purchase where he seemed confused as to why they did not replace the back brakes which just passed inspection. When I contacted my sales person he gave me a whole bunch of BS as to why . As I said to him, I am uneasy about the car now. The only reason I purchased the car is because of how they sold me on how "comprehensive" the warranty is and how much they back their cars up. I also found all the previous owners paperwork still in the vehicle, so I'm pretty sure they did not really inspect and detail "every inch" More

Good warranty service I was having issues with my brakes and after a couple of bumps with dealing with sales, you guys make it right and did the warranty work. I value your courtesy valet service immensely, it was very convenient to have a loaner vehicle dropped off to my work and it made the normal “hassle” of driving to the dealership a non issue. Will definitely use your service department again because of this feature. More
