Dsisapointed! We had to purchase a new car and due to the shutdown we purchased a new 740 online from Thompson. We are very dissappointed by the lack of critical information regarding the car online on the Thompson site. Several issues but the most important is the type of tires provided (Run Fla) that caused us to have to expend an additional $2,800, that was not contemplated and causes a luxuary car to ride like a pick-up truck! Every bump in the road, and there are an abundent number in PA, transfer through to give a very rough and unpleasant ride. We have always been very pleased with the exceptional service provided by Thompsons Service Department and that has not changed. Additionally, I would not try to rate the individuals in the Sales Department since they did the best they could with the isolated sales regime but I do think both BMW and Thompson need to be more transparent with complete descriptions of the cars online. More
