I received bad customer service a couple of years ago and reflected that in a survey and was confronted about it by two svc advisors and I was l was verbatim told to not do it again. Needless to say I warned everyone that would listen about the horrid cust. svc at bmw and found I was not alone, a ton of women I asked felt the same way. Jump to today. I wanted a preowned larger vehicle for the winter. I mentioned this to Isaac in passing who offered to set me up with sales. Isaac btw is awesome! I really wish I would have met him alot sooner, every service appt went from my dreading the process to feeling uber comfortable with calling poor Isaac 3 times a day, everytime he was polite and friendly. Such a breath of fresh air. Rob and John in sales, and Dennis in finance went above and beyond to get me a great deal in exactly what I wanted. Even more than I asked for! I had to tell the General Manager Dori (who is also a doll) that I couldn't believe this is the same BMW from 2 years ago. This place is super female friendly. I drove in by myself, on a whim, on the way home from work just to see what was in stock. I did not think I would walk out with a good deal on exactly what I wanted. I am blessed that I did. This was the first time ever I have been car shopping and not felt like I needed a pokerface and a calculator. I am now raving about this place and couldn't be happier. I am a big believer that customer service must be top notch especially in this economy and am happy to say that I finally found a dealer that offers honest, friendly service which can be rare in this industry. Its obviously a business and they have to make a living, but I was not taken for a ride or pressured at all. Isaac, John, Rob and Dennis made this experience as pleasant as possible, and Rob even helped me clean out my toddler ridden trade in and move my belongins over to the new car!! Absolute best customer service ever. More
BMW Freehold is by far the best dealership in the area to work with. They are accomodating, friendly, and on top of their game! Everyone there is great, I wouldnt take my car anywhere else. This is my 2nd X5 and I'm very glad that I was referred to BMW of Freehold. Tim Taylor and Rich Deleso were great to deal with. This is my second BMW 328xi, and my current one is a 2011. Over the past several years I have been using Freehold BMW for service. I have had several Service Advisors, and no one has compared to Rich De 2011. Over the past several years I have been using Freehold BMW for service. I have had several Service Advisors, and no one has compared to Rich De Leso. Mr. De Leso is professional, well mannered, experienced and has called be back faster than any other advisor that I dealt with. Freehold BWM provided fast and complete repair service for my 328xi. Brought it in with out an appointment and they quickly got it scheduled, repaired, and back to me. The facility was clean and the per for my 328xi. Brought it in with out an appointment and they quickly got it scheduled, repaired, and back to me. The facility was clean and the personnel were very helpful. They kept me informed thru the entire process. The proof was when I drove the car out, it ran and looked new again (with over 110K miles now). Big thanks to Rich D. for helping with the whole process, you have definitely gained a future customer! Tony and his team were helpful in getting my car serviced. They provided updates when necessary and were even able to get the car done in shortened time frame due to my own schedule conflicts.
