If you’re a parent or expecting, avoid BMW at all costs. I trusted them with a brake recall on my X7, and they failed me at every step. I asked for a loaner since I have small kids and constant appointments, but they ignored me. When my brakes failed months later, I got into an accident with my children in the car. Freeport BMW brushed it off like it was nothing. BMW of North America stepped in, but even they gave me a terrible loaner. Then, without any communication, they had it towed in the middle of the night. I’m pregnant and now scrambling to manage my kids school schedule without a car. Meanwhile we’ve been customers for over a decade. BMW should be ashamed of how they handle these situations. More

My 2018 BMW 740 has been in their shop four separate times for the same exact air conditioning problem. Each time, I was told the issue was fixed. Each time, I believed them. And each time, the same problem came back. So far, I have spent over $4,500 on these so-called “repairs.” Now, on my fourth visit, I’m being quoted another $1,800—with nothing more than “we hope this will fix it.” Hope is not good enough when I’ve already been told three times that it was fixed. This experience has left me completely broken down emotionally and financially. It is not fair to the average person to be put through this kind of stress. I work hard for my money, and to see it disappear into endless bills for the same unresolved issue is devastating. I feel taken advantage of, and I can’t shake the feeling that this is more about squeezing money from customers than actually solving problems. All I want is my car to work the way it should. Instead, every visit feels like another financial hit and another empty promise. The emotional stress this has caused me is overwhelming—I can’t bear it anymore. I’m writing this to warn others: be careful. What happened to me can happen to anyone who trusts this service department to do the right thing. More

I needed inspection . Tracey said ok. Service department will take care of it. Then I get video. Showing my tail light was broken . To repair $700.00 then I get another text saying sorry ur car will not pass u have tints . I felt disappointed. I went to dealer for help . I understand everything is money . What happened to kindness and I’ll get u inspected . It. Did not feel like any one gave a hoot about what I needed . A big staff of go see this person or some one else . The main reason people are afraid of car dealerships . The con artist vibe . How much money can I squeeze out of u. The car is. Wonderful the service . Does not match the level.
