Updated ac still not fixed properly. Was explained that coolant and ac are two diff issues but I’m having the same exact issue of a non working ac. I’m out 5k and wanting 1800 more to hopeful fix the problem is draining and mentally depressing. They have my car over 4 visits for a total of 20 days and to be hopefully this will fix it is not enough.

We are sorry to hear you were not completely satisfied with your last service experience. We received your vehicle with a request to perform an open recall campaign and check the vehicle for a state inspection requirement. While performing a visual inspection, the technician noticed a driver-side taillight cracked and tinted front door windows. As part of a state inspection, all lighting must be inspected for proper operation and not have broken or missing lenses. Also, front-side windows cannot block more than 30% of the light. Per your authorization, the taillight has been replaced. Per conversation with Mr. Windfield on Friday, he will remove the illegal tint and return the vehicle to perform safety and emission inspections. Regards, Vlad Osadchyi Service Manager
