BMW of Freeport - Service Center

I took my car to BMW of Freeport for service due to a problem. I was immediately greeted by Joseph Pagan who informed me that he would be assisting me. We went over the problems that the car was having problem. I was immediately greeted by Joseph Pagan who informed me that he would be assisting me. We went over the problems that the car was having and I told him that I would be waiting. Joe came back to me in about 15 minutes and told me that they will have to keep the car because a part has to be ordered. Joseph made arrangements to get me a loaner and assured me that my car will be ready within two to three days. When the car was ready, as promised, he called me and informed that he would have someone drop off my car and pick up the loaner. Mr. Joseph Pagan, thank you for all the efforts put fourth in helping me with my car. Throughout the whole process, you were extremely professional, went above and beyond, and when my car was delivered, it looked absolutely beautiful and impeccably clean. I have been going to BMW of Freeport for the past seven years and will not go anywhere else. I will, without a doubt, continue to refer all of my friends! ~Marie T. More
