At last service I showed and printed driver assistance, auto pdc malfunction, and parking sensor errors to John depalma. SA told me tech found a 1 mm dimple on a sensor and need to pay to order sensor. I ask why this is not covered under BMW warranty? I just bought this car in 7/31/2022. I have been driving without safety features I pay for. Also since John Depalma left Fremont BMW he said he pass my info to Ryan. I’ve emailed Ryan twice for status with no reply. This has not been a good BMW and Fremont BMW experience! How can 2 safety features malfunction after 7 months? Why is it not cover warranty? And the poor service experience.
