Always glad that Matt Richardson is my service writer, he goes out of his way to make sure that I"m informed of service that is being performed on my cars. I even refer my wife to use Matt for service writing, and she's been very happy with him. The last survey questionnaire wasn't what I'd sent, somehow the rating should have been a "10" but it got changed after I submitted it. I'm sorry that Matt got that bad referral
