Brought my 2003 BMW M-3 into this dealership for an airbag recall. I called and scheduled this evolution for a week ahead. The team that I interfaced with at the time was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. My wife picked me up and we went home. The work was accomplished shortly after mid day the next day and I was contacted by the service writer, “Nick” and he made arraignments for an “Uber” ride to the dealership. My car, when delivered to me was cleaned inside and out. I was pleased with the experience. More

All I needed was a drive cycle for a battery that i replaced on my X3 almost 6 months back to pass the first smog test on this vehicle. Instead, I get charged for a multipoint inspection when no upgrad replaced on my X3 almost 6 months back to pass the first smog test on this vehicle. Instead, I get charged for a multipoint inspection when no upgrade of the software was needed and also there was no other issue. My past experiences with this dealership with John has always been excellent but not this time with a different service advisor. More
I have my X5 eDrive serviced at BMW Fremont, my HV battery's capacity has dropped to 55% in 5 years. I have my car serviced for maintenance and complaint about battery (Battery under warranty). After battery's capacity has dropped to 55% in 5 years. I have my car serviced for maintenance and complaint about battery (Battery under warranty). After keeping my car in service for 3 weeks. they said everything is done. Charged me for $1800 for the maintenance (this is OK, expected) but did nothing to the battery issue. Not even a word about why the batter capacity dropped to 55%. After go home I called the service manager at least 10 times. never pick up the phone. I left message for at least 5 times but he never called back. Extremely poor service. At least they should call back and ask me why I called .... More
