Brought my 2003 BMW M-3 into this dealership for an airbag recall. I called and scheduled this evolution for a week ahead. All I needed was a drive cycle for a battery that i replaced on my X3 almost 6 months back to pass the first smog test on this vehicle. I have my X5 eDrive serviced at BMW Fremont, my HV battery's capacity has dropped to 55% in 5 years. I have my car serviced for maintenance and complaint about battery (Battery under warranty). After keeping my car in service for 3 weeks. they said everything is done. Charged me for $1800 for the maintenance (this is OK, expected) but did nothing to the battery issue. Not even a word about why the batter capacity dropped to 55%. After go home I called the service manager at least 10 times. never pick up the phone. I left message for at least 5 times but he never called back. Extremely poor service. At least they should call back and ask me why I called .... More
