Damn, I was wrong! That dark color of Castrol Synthetic made me think I got the classic "wall job"----where your car sits by the wall and isn't serviced. But my BMW oil and filter was changed at Autowest made me think I got the classic "wall job"----where your car sits by the wall and isn't serviced. But my BMW oil and filter was changed at Autowest and Ron and the service supervisor did it again where I could see it being done. Ron doesn't turn wrenches of course and I doubt he could put one on a bolt but seemed like an nice fellow and a great service manager who gave prompt attention to my concerns (I saw nothing but red at the thought of a new car damaged by a skipped oil change) . I am now HIGHLY RECOMMENDING their dealership and service department in particular. I owe them a bottle of Dom Perrione -----if I could afford it. More
