Had to bring my 2019 BMW 440i convertible in for a rear window that did not operate so that I couldn't lower the convertible top. My Service Advisor, Matthew Richardson kept me apprised of the status of my window that did not operate so that I couldn't lower the convertible top. My Service Advisor, Matthew Richardson kept me apprised of the status of my car throughout the repair process which took six days to resolve because of a parts availability issue. One his technician worked on the window, the technician found an additional issue that needed to be addressed. Once addressed, the rear window now works perfectly and the convertible top now operates again. They also washed my car before delivering it back to me for pick up. Overall, I am very happy with the service and updates the dealership provided me during the repair process. More
