They are a wonderful group of professionals who treat their customers very well. They hold themselves to high standards and made our transaction seamless. They kept us informed, in the loop and responded to all follow ups quickly. Andrew Millar was our first point of contact and he was one of the most knowledgeable BMW veterans around. He really knows his stuff. Al Shkreli was our sales person and he was terrific -- super friendly and kind the whole way through. He genuinely cared that we were taken care of. Lauren Waldrop was our sales manager and went out of her way numerous times for us, and could not have been more lovely to work with. Matt Hermoza was extraordinary too -- he went out of his way to make sure we understood all the features in our new vehicle. He knew the car inside and out. Great guy. I worked with Tom on getting my 2014 BMW X1 back in October. He was amazing. I travel a lot for work so most of my communication with him was via e-mail and he responded rapidly and worked with me to g October. He was amazing. He was friendly and easy to approach. Since the purchase I have emailed him a few times about stuff and he always responds fast and with the info I need.
