Wow! Great Service! I had been Lexus customer for the last 19 years. I loved Lexus and their services. In December 2015, I leased BMW out of sheer curiosity and see how I had been Lexus customer for the last 19 years. I loved Lexus and their services. In December 2015, I leased BMW out of sheer curiosity and see how it drives. But I was a little skeptical about the service after having been so comfortable with Lexus service. My rearview mirror had a problem and I took it to BMW Service Center in Port Chester, NY still wondering about their services. Well, Jonathan Bonilla changed my perception about BMW completely. He greeted me with courtesy, enthusiam and professionalism. The part was not available, for which I needed to come back the next day. When I went back the next day without an appointment, he attended to my need immediately. He asked me whether I could wait for two and a half hours for the repair. I told him that I have work to do and I requested to be driven home. He ever so politely excused himself and went away to find out the work situation. He came back in 10 minutes and asked me whether I could wait for one hour. I agreed willingly. He came back in less than a half hour with big smile and informed me that my car war ready. Whoopi! I was very happy and so thankful to Jonathan who made sure that I did not have to wait for long. He is the epitome of the best service consultant. Jonathan is the go-to-guy. I am sticking to BMW as long as Jonathan is my service consultant. Thank you again Jonathan! More

Excellent Communication; Quality Control Issues I know BMWs are pretty complicated with a ton of electro-mechanical systems but they may be getting too complicated to service. In November 2014, the I know BMWs are pretty complicated with a ton of electro-mechanical systems but they may be getting too complicated to service. In November 2014, the trunk lid release system failed. They promptly ordered the part but when they repaired the release in December, they didn't repair the soft close. Took 4 weeks to get another appointment so everything was taken care of by the end of January 2015. In May 2015, they did a great job repairing a blown left rear air spring and inspected the rear brakes which had been constantly reported by the CBS system as being in need of service over the past year. The tech reprogrammed the car to correct the rapid CBS mileage countdown for the rear brake pads but when I picked the car up, the reprogramming did something to power steering wheel adjustment so before I left the service center, they took the car back in and gave me a loaner (thank you!!). I immediately went home and scheduled another service appointment just in case something else went wrong with the steering wheel. Well, sure enough, they fixed the power steering wheel adjustment but now the convenience steering wheel tilt up wasn't working so it's back in the shop. I will say the service advisors, specifically Radha de la Cruz, do an excellent job of communicating and providing a loaner when I really needed it. The customer service is excellent but the quality of the service work is suspect. I'm very thankful for having bought a Platinum warranty. More

After reading the countless 5 star reviews written about Tom Forte, the choice was easy. Tom lived up to his reputation, and then some. He delivered what he promised, on the date promised. To accommodate my schedule, Tom came to work on his scheduled day off. I thought this type of customer service, was gone forever. Tom and his dedicated team, renewed my confidence in car dealerships. I'll be recommending Greenwich BMW to everyone I know. More

A horrible disrespectful altercation My experience in this dealership was fine. Pleasant process to buy the car and trade in my current car. However a pricing adjustment on both cars was My experience in this dealership was fine. Pleasant process to buy the car and trade in my current car. However a pricing adjustment on both cars was arranged to get approved through bank, I was not informed about this adjustment so I went back. As being a young buyer i am poorly informed and very new to this. I review the contract going home and saw this adjustment. Went to the dealer. Mark the financial manager who handled my transaction did not handle the situation promptly and respectfully. I could not understand why this adjustment was made and he was not clear. He disrespected me because i was upset as towards why this was the way it was and was not giving me a clear response towards why. Instead of letting someone else say why that was on the contract he said i was "acting like a baby." I am never going back here to buy my next car. You don't upset the costumer when they are misinformed and you do not disrespect them. If I was an older male I wouldn't receive that same insult. More

My sales representative Alex Soyref was an absolute pleasure to work with on both occasions. With my first lease purchase, of course, like every other consumer, I shopped around bouncing from one dealer to another only to find when I walked into BMW Greenwich I was presented with a deal on a 2013 328I convertible I could not refuse! Lucky Me!!! Recently, Alex reached out to me with a six month pull ahead program and suffice is to say, once again, a deal like no other!!! Thanks to Alex Soyref and finance manager Mark LaStrange, I am now sporting around in my new 2015 BMW 428xi convertible. :) After such an amazing experience both times at BMW Greenwich, it certainly seems they have earned my complete TRUST and CONFIDENCE!!! There is no need to go elsewhere and waste my time shopping. You guys are the very best!!! See you in three years!!! Did I forget to mention that they treat you like royalty!!! Chelsea Guzman called me twice to confirm that I would be there as arranged. Upon arrival at the dealership, I was advised that the vehicle I had arranged to see wasn't there. After waiting for more than thirty minutes I decided to spend my money elsewhere. This dealerships lack of attention to detail, customer service, and nonchalant attitude was off putting to me. As a current BMW owner I expected more from this dealership. When I ultimate told my "client advisor" "Al" that I was leaving he simply said "okay". I also noticed that they use the term "they" a lot at this dealership when placing blame for their incompetence. So I would strongly recommend taking your business to a dealership where "they" care. More
