I have to confess that initially I was a little bit reluctant to deal with the dealer, since most of the time there is someone who knows a "very good mechanic" and very cheap. Soon all my anxiety disappeared. I was so lucky I met the service advisor Norbert Kerekes; he immediately understood what I needed, printed out the car service history and reassured me that the car had been a great deal; the car has recently had the brakes changed , the shocks and the tires. Since the only thing I was supposed to do was an oil change, I agreed to have it changed right there. After 20 minutes (in which I enjoyed a coffee and I browsed the brochures with the new BMW models), Norbert came back with the keys and the bill and asked me if I had any other question... I was shocked, the bill was a little bit more than 50 dollars... he smiled and wished me a good ride; he did charge me only for the Oil being a first time costumer, he gave me his cell phone number and encouraged me to ask for a piece of advice anytime... This was an approach different from what I knew from New York (a new yorker knows exactly what I mean); I left the service thoughtful and convinced that this could happen only one time... After 2 months, disaster: on the rear left passenger side, I found a huge puddle on the floor after 1 week of intensely raining. I was devastated, this could have been a very expensive job: diagnosis, parts, service... of course, I tried my luck with my neighbor who had a small and dirty shop, I wouldn't have stepped there not even for an oil change, but in this case I was desperate: water in the car is not good, there are electrical circuits, the damage could be anytime a lot bigger. My neighbor explained to me how difficult could be to figure out where the water leak was from, then that he needed special tools... so, he did not even want to try... so I called Norbert who asked me If I could come right away to the dealer to have a look. Even before greeting me, he told me that he will make me happy; there is an old and very well known problem at this particular model with the mastic (the rubber seal) used to seal the gasket inside the door. I was terrified, so a 3-dollar part could produce such a damage... The water trickled in the door between the window and the rubber edge at the top of the door frame and instead of draining thru the holes at the bottom of the door, it infiltrated thru the unsealed gasket in the interior part of the door, dripping into the car between the door panel and the door frame. He kindly asked me to seal all the doors, since most likely this problem will reoccur had I not changed the old cracked rubber seal on all 4 doors. I replied that I could not afford to do such an extensive job, after all I had purchased a preowned car due to economic reasons, otherwise I would have purchased a new one... he smiled telling me that he understood perfectly well and told me to come in the evening to pick up the car. When I picked up the car, Norbert had already finished his shift and I did not meet him; but he prepared all the paperwork and when I saw the bill, I did understand what he meant when he told me "I'll make you happy": a little bit more than 100 usd, taxes included; thank you again, Norbert, thank you again BMW Greenwich. Several days ago, again a puddle, this time from another door; useless to say, I called him immediately; they did an awesome job, they gave me back the car cleaned and dried, they took out the carpet to dry it good; I do not have enough words to thank him and BMW Greenwhich. But I know for sure that this is the shop I would recommend to any BMW owner and where soon I will come back to have my car tuned up. More
Norbert Kerekes was very pleasant to work with and very helpful in making the service of my X3 a breeze. He makes you feel like you have the only car in the shop even though they are quiet busy. I brought my 530 in to check the coolant level since I was getting a message that the level was low. When Robert Radison checked the level he also noticed that there was some grime around the oil filter was getting a message that the level was low. When Robert Radison checked the level he also noticed that there was some grime around the oil filter housing and could be the result of a slight oil leak. I brought the car in to check it out and they found and fixed the leak and also found a leak in the cooling system as well as the A/C system. Norbert followed everything up even when a called back to have them check the A/C since I did not mention it when I dropped the car off. I appreciate the attention to detail as well as the follow up. I am writing this review because I referred a friend to the Greenwich dealership and he just purchased a 535 x drive. He absolutely loves the car (He previously had a Mercedes). Since I was with him the day he met with Tom Forget and Alex Soyres and purchased the car that day, I got to experience their commitment to excellent customer service once again. My friend has kept me apprised of all the positive aspects of the car, and he can't thank us enough for referring him to Greenwich. My husband will be leasing another 5 series early next year and I just recently purchased a 3 series which is awesome. We have owned several BMWs over the last 12 years and have gone to other dealerships, but after finding Greenwich, we would not purchase/lease our BMWs anywhere else. I strongly recommned that if you are considering buying or leasing a BMW, you must go to Greenwich. Plus, their service center in Portchester is the best. PPM More

First of all, my sale's person, Tom Forget was great! I been looking at my new car for few months, and did my homework before I walked in. As a consumer, you always have a doubts and skepticism of car sal been looking at my new car for few months, and did my homework before I walked in. As a consumer, you always have a doubts and skepticism of car sales person and hard to trust them. Also, once the sale is done, they do not follow through with customer service. However this case was different. I felt as he worked even harder after we made a deal. For example, he always returned both of my calls and emails. Also, knew exactly what the status of my car was in production procedure and gave me very close eta on the car delivery. Based on the experience that I had with Greenwich BMW, I would highly recommend to my friends and my family. Thanks Tom. More

Norbert Kerekes is very knowledgable about BMWs and has been extremely helpful as a client advisor. He has always stayed in touch about the service and called promptly when our car was ready. When the inevitable problems have arisen during servicing, Norbert has explained the issues in a timely manner and has handled them to a satisfactory conclusion - this is a true indication of his concern for the customer and his capability. A man came over to greet me after expressing to another service attendent who I was, this man who came to greet me was Mr. Fabian Bonici. After we spoke for a short period of time he not only gained my respect, he made me more confident that BMW was and is the automobile that I should stay with and Pace BMW was the dealer to be with. My hat off to Mr. Bonici, I not only had lost faith in Westchester BMW, I lost respect because of there arrogance and ill mannered ways, Mr.Bonici has restored my faith and made me and my entire family a customer of PACE BMW.
