Tough times My experience at BMW of Geenwich was not a great one overall. Everyone was amazing there except for the one person I had to deal with the most. Basically, he wasted my time and told me lies from the beginning to the end. I also put down a deposit to make it clear I was serious about buying the car. In addition, he lacked any kind of empathy when we were meeting impasses. What made the experience so much better was the sales manager, Dmitry and finance person Rob DeFeo. Dmitry tried to find a solution to the problems and Rob did a great job of service recovery and was very empathetic. More
