2000 540i/6 I bought yesterday (3-29-18) a 2000 540i/6 that had a damaged cooling fan, radiator and a hood and some other cooling parts. I believe the cause to be I bought yesterday (3-29-18) a 2000 540i/6 that had a damaged cooling fan, radiator and a hood and some other cooling parts. I believe the cause to be that someone had parked the front bumper over the small curb which I bieleve it pushed the fan shroud into fan causing the entire damage. I grew up with such cars and I knew what the car is.. after having a run around answers about it (O it's been sold, O it has coolant leak it's no longer for sale bla blah blah) I was kinda upset but I didn't give up I spoke with Denis who is the sales manager who was very courteous and polite and told me straight up:"the car is going to be auctioned at the wholesale!" I ended working out a deal and purchased the car! Jonathan the sale guy who sent pictures of it was awesome straight and upfront! I love straight bluntness! No run around bs answers unlike some other sale people that I'm not going to mention. Overall I'm an old BMWs enthusiast! I knew the car and I appreciate it! I am also very thankful for Denis and Jonathan who made the deal happen with ease! Denis and Jonathan are the kind of employees that make a the great reputation of a dealership. This was truly a wonderf I recently purchased a preowed car at BMW of Greenwich CT. Since I have been leasing cars for many years this was new for me. This was truly a wonderful experience for me. My saleswoman Tia was most professional and best of all friendly with absolutely no pressure for a sale. Tia spend a lot of time with me which included a test drive. The entire buy from first visit to pick up was extremely smooth. This also included Mark the financial staff member. Absolutely no pressure! Hi, I went into the dealership a couple of weeks ago with only the intent of looking. My friend recommended I speak to Alex Shkreli, Client Advisor. My friend had leased a Mercedes from him about 10 years ago. He then decided he wanted to lease a 2015 BMW 528xi. Well, Alex had moved to BMW and gave my friend a great deal. I was a little skeptical because of their address. Well, I was wrong. I asked for Alex (Al) and was welcomed warmly. I was interested in leasing a 2017 330xi Gran Turismo. Well after minimal negotiating and a test drive, a solid deal was made. Thanks so much to Al, Demetrios, Sales Manager and Joe, Finance Manager for making this a stress free transaction and a great deal! If you are hesitant because of the Greenwich address, don't be. Alex Shkreli, I want you to know that because of my son's experience with you at this dealership we will not be pursuing the option of purchasing a vehicle from this company. My son came there with his friend with the intention to purchase the vehicle in a few months and he wanted to test drive the M4 BMW that was at your dealership. You greeted him and then left him to figure things out on his own and never came back to assist any further until he had to come a locate you. What kind of sales person does that? Do you treat all your customers like this are just young African American men? Did you not think he did his research before coming to this place of business? Are perhaps you figure he didn't have the money? He was told 20 minutes prior to him arriving there that there were 3 vehicles available to test drive only to be told by you that none were available. Now I'm not sure why you told him that and I'm sure I could come up with a lot of reasons and examples, and you could come up with a lot of excuses but I will let your conscience be your guide. No one should ever leave a company feeling the way you made my son felt after his interaction with you. More
Peculiar lack of interest I have come twice to the dealership only to return empty handed. The first time the team took no initiative to provide the vehicle I wanted to test d I have come twice to the dealership only to return empty handed. The first time the team took no initiative to provide the vehicle I wanted to test drive although all it would have taken was to move one car and get it off the parking lot. The second time not only was the car exterior dirty, but the brakes did not work properly. The fact that the car is offered as part of the BMW CPO program with brakes that do not work made me suspect the entire certification process. Lastly whoever needed to value my trade in was unable to step out and take a look at my car to confirm the valuation. So while the sales team was friendly the total disregard for my time, the fact that there was no interest in my business or the fact that it appears that the certification process is non existent left me with no choice but to take my business elsewhere. More

Got to drive a nice 430i Gran Coupe loaner for two days.Nice lil car to drive around while my Beast was being serviced. My car was service promptly and well. My advisor Arturo Ciani is always a pleasure to work with. He is knowledgeable and understands how enthusiasts love their cars. He also understands that he has to know his job when dealing with "car people" who know their cars. All in all it was another pleasant experience More
