Peculiar lack of interest I have come twice to the dealership only to return empty handed. The first time the team took no initiative to provide the vehicle I wanted to test d I have come twice to the dealership only to return empty handed. The first time the team took no initiative to provide the vehicle I wanted to test drive although all it would have taken was to move one car and get it off the parking lot. The second time not only was the car exterior dirty, but the brakes did not work properly. The fact that the car is offered as part of the BMW CPO program with brakes that do not work made me suspect the entire certification process. Lastly whoever needed to value my trade in was unable to step out and take a look at my car to confirm the valuation. So while the sales team was friendly the total disregard for my time, the fact that there was no interest in my business or the fact that it appears that the certification process is non existent left me with no choice but to take my business elsewhere. Great Service Just had my M5 serviced here. I have serviced my cars here for the last 7 years and have always had excellent service. Left the car for Oil service an Just had my M5 serviced here. I have serviced my cars here for the last 7 years and have always had excellent service. Left the car for Oil service and brake service. Got to drive a nice 430i Gran Coupe loaner for two days.Nice lil car to drive around while my Beast was being serviced. My car was service promptly and well. My advisor Arturo Ciani is always a pleasure to work with. He is knowledgeable and understands how enthusiasts love their cars. He also understands that he has to know his job when dealing with "car people" who know their cars. All in all it was another pleasant experience More

BAD REPAIRS , AND CHARGED FOR WORK NOT DONE....... Absolutely BAD work , many of the repairs the charged the work was not done or not done correctly[I have invoices] seem they only want to take my mon Absolutely BAD work , many of the repairs the charged the work was not done or not done correctly[I have invoices] seem they only want to take my money and DAMAGE my car more and charge me for the DAMAGE to my BMW.............I have to replace tires the installed after 8k miles............I have invoice to BMW OF GREENWICH for over $11k and my car still didn't do there work right the first.......I am report there shop to the NYS DMV REPIAR and look forward to bring them to court................ More

Set and met my expectations. Delivered what he promised Artie put me at ease when I brought in my BMW X5 with a check engine light. two rude people to avoid Marc Cannistraci and Chris Smith have ruined my experience at this dealership. They are both rude, inattentive, have zero business etiquette, and lack Marc Cannistraci and Chris Smith have ruined my experience at this dealership. They are both rude, inattentive, have zero business etiquette, and lack any enthusiasm. They never promptly follow up or keep you informed. Marc especially has such a bad business persona. He promises you to do things, but he never delivers. So, you simply lose trust in this guy who is supposed to handle the paper work for you when you buy the car. He spent the whole time telling me useless stories instead of explaining the paper work. Good luck getting from this guy any post-purchase customer support. He has a unique ability of making you feel absolutely dissatisfied with your customer experience. There are some good guys there such as Zachary Jackson, Justin Valentin and someone called George. But, all you need are two bad people to ruin your customer experience. More

I went to the dealership to view a particular CPO vehicle but ended up leasing a new one of the same series such was the pricepoint - with no haggling involved. Tom Forte was excellent to deal with - warm, welcoming and organized as a client advisor, with no pressure exerted whatsoever in the sales process. In the three days it took to finalize the transaction, Tom responded to my emails promptly and succinctly. When delivery occurred, there were no surprises with the Finance Manager, Marc Cannistraci, taking good care of me. To top off the experience, Jeff Aitken, the General Sales Manager, presented my five year old son with a gift from BMW which totally made his day. Well done BMW of Greenwich, you made the experience special! More
