My car has recently went out of warranty and I need to have some maintenance and repair job done, so I call the nearby dealer for some estimates. Both Darien and Bridgeport BMW dealer quickly gave out their quote. When it comes to Greenwich, It is like this: SATURDAY: I called in the morning, spend 10 minutes on hold without any service advisor or receptionist answering. MONDAY morning: called again. No service advisor is available, receptionist asked for my phone number and said she will ask a service advisor to call me back. No one ever did. MONDAY evening: called again. I insist on speaking with a service advisor. Being told that she got hold of one of them, and she is helping a customer, and she will call me back as soon as she finishes. Never did. TUESDAY: called again. Same deal. This time there was a guy who asked me what I need to repair, I told him and he told me he will get me the price estimate and call me back in 5 minutes. Never did. WEDNESDAY: I decided to give a final try before I post this review. I called, again no one is available except the front desk receptionist. I was again asked to leave a phone number, I refused and asked to speak with their service manager. After being put on hold for 2-3 minutes, I was told that neither their two service manager is available and I can leave my phone number. I hang up. BUY your bimmer from BMW of Greenwich, but STAY AWAY from their service department, it is a complete waste of time More
