Amazing experience: I went into BMW Of Henderson for an oil change and in the process of speaking to Gregory, I mentioned that my family and I were taking my son on a road trip to celebrate his 2nd birthda oil change and in the process of speaking to Gregory, I mentioned that my family and I were taking my son on a road trip to celebrate his 2nd birthday. Gregory not only ensured that the oil change was completed. Unbeknownst to me, he had the spark plug service done, brake fluid changed, air filter element changed, and the tires inspected and properly inflated. All of this done under warranty while waiting roughly 3hrs. Gregory's knowledge and attention to detail, were paramount to me not having to pay anything out of pocket for the services rendered. I commend you for employing such an engaging and positive individual, he is truly an asset to your organization. More
