I wish this dealership would get their act together. Especially as a luxury car dealership. Somehow they’re always a mess. Went for my oil change, they lost my car for a minute and then after finding it Especially as a luxury car dealership. Somehow they’re always a mess. Went for my oil change, they lost my car for a minute and then after finding it, brought out a non washed car although they said they would wash it. It’s just strange to me. The only reason I go is because I have a prepaid oil change package, otherwise I’d go elsewhere. Like I do for other due car services. More

I was able to get the car scheduled in the next day and the service was completed quickly. The car required new rear brakes and it was completed pretty fast considering they were a last minute find. Kyle is the best service advisor I have ever had. I have been servicing my vehicle at BMW for years. He offered to provide a ride for me and promptly had my BMW repaired and washed in half the time. I’ve been servicing my 2017 328D at BMW of Henderson since I purchased the car brand new. I’m now at 51k mikes and out of the factory warranty period. My service advisor, Albert, helped me with some m since I purchased the car brand new. I’m now at 51k mikes and out of the factory warranty period. My service advisor, Albert, helped me with some minor repairs and was excellent. He was honest, communicated efficiently, and got the needed repairs accomplished in a timely manner. I will continue having my car serviced by BMW if Henderson and recommend them to family and friends. More
