On 12/14 we brought our 2003 BMW Z4 into the service department for a coolant leak. We delt in the past with Kyle Maxwell and worked with him again on this service call. Kyle kept us informed through every step of the process and explained it completely so we could understand. We found the process and pricing fair and we were well taken care of by Kyle and the staff at the dealership that we ran across.
