My car was in the shop for two weeks. The warranty company had to be notified to allow the repairs to be made. When I bought the warranty from another BMW dealer it was $5,000 and I was told it would cover virtually everything except maintenance items. The first bill they gave me was $7700! It took them two trips into the shop to get the dealer to get it squared away, Once I got the car back I noticed they didn't even bother to wash it? Unfortunately I have driven BMWś for years and still have two today. The service from BMW of Henderson is always a nightmare! The cars are great, the service is not! More
Ever since automation took over this dealership it’s customer service has gone down. I’ve tried to purchase a car from them 5 times in 8 years with no luck. I brought my car in and I didn't realize it had an oil leak and the tires had really uneven wear from poor alignment. The technician showed me with a video the issues with my car, and the SA was thorough leak and the tires had really uneven wear from poor alignment. They also were able to get a significant amount of work done in 2 days which was critical because I had a road trip planned. Professional, courteous and fast. :) More
The car stopped in the middle of the freeway all upon sudden. Took it to dealership. Was told to replace certain part. Brought up the concern of the defect to the repair representative and was told it is sudden. Took it to dealership. Was told to replace certain part. Brought up the concern of the defect to the repair representative and was told it is not a defect and I have to pay for it. Normally cars do not stop on the middle of the freeway for no reason. Never had that happened to me before with 7 cars owned. Obviously defective and the dealership did not wanted to take responsibility of fixing it. Would never suggest going to the dealership and either buying another BMW or fixing one there! More

Greeted immediately and took my car for oil change. Great service but needs to provide some refreshment while waiting for 1-2 hours. I was able to get an appointment scheduled online for the very next day regarding a coolant leak. I had my car towed to the dealership to be fixed and Victor called me promptly when my car arrived to let me very next day regarding a coolant leak. He projected Monday for my car to be ready for pickup (it was Saturday). I of course would have liked my car back the same day, but I understood the situation and told Victor that was fine. He called back less than 4 hours later to let me know that they were able to complete the repair on my car. I was ecstatic! He told me I could pick my car up by 6pm when they closed. I told him unfortunately I worked until 6 and I wouldn’t have time to pick it up before they closed. He offered to give my keys to the sales team since they were open until 9pm and this made it possible for me to get my car that day. Thank you Victor and BMW of Henderson for making this repair on my car easy. I’ll be coming here in the future ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ More
