The service department at BMW Henderson was amazing. Our X5 experienced engine trouble one hour outside of Las Vegas. It was on a Friday evening. We were scheduled to be in Las Vegas until just Sunda Our X5 experienced engine trouble one hour outside of Las Vegas. It was on a Friday evening. We were scheduled to be in Las Vegas until just Sunday. One dealership told us on a phone call they would "try to work us in" for a repair on Saturday. BMW Henderson in contrast scheduled an appointment for early Saturday morning. They told us they would be open until 7:00 on Friday, but that if the tow truck arrived after that we would leave the keys in a drop box. We arrived just before 7:00. Victor Amezcua in the service department met with us and explained they would start the repairs early Saturday and do everything possible to repair the car by closing on Saturday. The courtesy shuttle had just finished its rounds for the day, but a very helpful employee in the service department named Julia volunteered to give us a ride to our hotel, after normal business hours. She clearly went out of her way on a Friday evening to help us. As promised, Victor and the others in the service department did everything possible and completed the repairs by Saturday afternoon, allowing us to leave as scheduled on Sunday. I have never experienced this type of elevated service before with numerous other car dealerships over the years, and we were not even local customers. Victor, Julia, and others in the service department went out of their way to assist and accommodate us, helping us out of a huge jam. I would recommend this dealership to anyone! Thanks!! More
Most people avoid dealerships service centers. I’m very happy with the service they provide and how they communicate. While the Service Manager, Stacy, is very nice, she is still hindered by the people who actually do the inspection and work. I have a concern that I will be contacting BMW Customer Service about. Very clean building and shop, everyone was helpful, service advisor kept me updated throughout the entire process! And even though we didn't move forward with an expensive repair we still appreciated t service advisor kept me updated throughout the entire process!
