Good Service, love the video of the mechanic showing you his work and inspection. My only disappointment is I wish they had kept the body shop on premises, it’s not convenient for someone to have to drive t his work and inspection. Albert Fantone and the team at BMW was extremely helpful and was able to resolve the issue I was experiencing with my brakes, no questions asked. They were able to replace the brake pads, do a full brake in and was able to resolve the issue I was experiencing with my brakes, no questions asked.
