My experience this visit was much better than last year. I really felt like Jennifer took a lot of time explaining what I needed and at what intervals I needed to maintain my BMW X6. Even though I was a walk in, the dealership was more than happy to service my M3. They found that my drain plug was bad and needed a new one so they ordered it next day delivery. While there was a wait they happy to service my M3. They found that my drain plug was bad and needed a new one so they ordered it next day delivery.
