The staff was incredibly friendly as always, but my low rating is in regards to the time it took for my oil and filter change. I had a 9am appointment that I arrived on time for, but the appointment laste rating is in regards to the time it took for my oil and filter change. I arrived for my appointment to find that my reservation was not to be found. I did have a email conformation. I was told that a new reservation program was installed a few days before and they were still was not to be found. I did have a email conformation. I was told that a new reservation program was installed a few days before and they were still working out the bugs. The service team inserted my vehicle into a very busy schedule. I appreciate their effort to resolve a computer glitch and not affect the customer. Great job! More
