Dealership charges excessively for everything even just to diagnose a problem!! We’ve been to other BMW dealerships and not charged a dime just to look at our vehicle and diagnose an issue!!. $2400 labor to diagnose a problem!! We’ve been to other BMW dealerships and not charged a dime just to look at our vehicle and diagnose an issue!!. $2400 labor charge for an $800 water pump is a bit excessive in my opinion. More
